Ascometal France, Fransa'daki üretim tesislerini satmayı planlıyor

Swiss Steel Group, iştiraki Ascometal France'ın Moselle'deki Hagondange, Meurthe-et-Moselle bölgesindeki Custines, Loire bölgesindeki Le Marais tesisleri ve Ascometal'in araştırma merkezi CREAS'ın faaliyetleri ve işgücü de dahil olmak üzere bazı üretim tesislerinin satışı konusunda İtalyan Acciaierie Venete ile görüştüğünü belirtti.

İşlemin, ilgili düzenleyici makamların onayı da dahil olmak üzere çeşitli gereklilikleri karşılaması gerekiyor. Koşulların yerine getirilmesi halinde anlaşmanın 2024 baharında tamamlanması bekleniyor.
