In Turkiye, semis from the Black Sea basin could be booked at $508-510/t CFR Marmara ($470/t FOB) for October shipment. While some customers claim that Russian origin was offered, other participants admit that it could be only Belarus or Donbas. Around 10,000 t of Belarusian product is available from the market. Information about sales of 15,000-20,000 t at $485/t CFR around two weeks ago was circulating in the market, but it could not be confirmed at the time of publication. This was a re-export of Donbas material provided by a Russian mill.
