Many steelmakers stopped production for about two months and gradually resumed production from 1 October. The recent service outbreak has also affected FHS's orders and shipments in Vietnam.
The shipment of FHS gradually increased after the COVID shutdown. Apparently, the price of India's low-cost materials has dropped, and the processing price of Vietnam's SS400 low-carbon steel has also dropped. Affected by the above factors, it seems difficult for the price of FHS to increase.
Customers may transfer purchase from China to Vietnam due to current power restriction measures. Also, the fourth quarter is used as the peak season for steel consumption. FHS was expected to hold or increase the price slightly for December.
