In July 2023, US imports of HRC fell by 41% m-o-m and 25% y-o-y to around 134,000 tons.
The country imported about 87,200 tons of HRC from Canada, about 10,000 tons from Mexico and about 9,600 tons from the Netherlands.
The value of imports during this period amounted to about US$132 million.
