According to the results, the review, which covered the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, found that some Turkish producers sold OCTG pipes to the US below their normal value.
Between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the ministry terminated the administrative review for 10 Turkish companies that were found not to have exported CTG pipe to the US. However, weighted average dumping margins of 1.01% for Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi & Ticaret A.Ş. and 1.55% for Çayırova Boru Sanayi & Ticaret A.Ş. were determined. On the other hand, the administrative investigation was terminated for 10 Turkish companies that were found not to have exported OCTG pipe to the US during this period.
Final results are expected to be announced within a maximum of 120 days after the provisional results are announced.
