Turkiye's welded pipe imports increased by 2.6% in january-june period

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkiye's welded pipe imports in june 2024 increased by 9.2% on an annual basis, increasing from 6,298 tons to 6,875 tons.

This figure decreased by 5.3% compared to the previous month of may.

Total welded pipe imports for the january-june period increased by 2.6% on a yearly basis, increasing from 43,274 tons to 44,389 tons.

In june, Italy was the leading importing country for welded pipes with 2,358 tons, followed by China with 1,581 tons and Germany with 914 tons.
