Through the information compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TUIK) data, Türkiye's coke imports in September decreased by 38.7% compared to the same month of the previous year, falling from 174,010 tons to 106,636 tons. Additionally, there was a decrease of 0,4% compared to the previous month, August.
Total coke imports in the January-September period increased by 47,1%, from 676 thousand 785 tons to 995 thousand 600 tons.
Türkiye imported the most coke in the stated month from Colombia with 33,005 tons; Colombia was followed by Italy with 27,666 tons, Russia with 24,466 tons, and Kyrgyzstan with 10,214 tons.
