Turkiye sets record for rebar imports in November

Turkiye's rebar imports in November increased by 113.25 percent y-o-y and 153.47 percent m-o-m to 22,633 tons, according to data obtained by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute.

38.39% increase in 11 months

On the other hand, total imports continued to increase in the January-November period. Rebar imports, which were 77,583 tons in January-November period of last year, increased by 38.39% to 107,315 tons in the same period of this year.

In the same period of last year, the highest imports were recorded in October, while the lowest imports were recorded in July. In the same period of this year, the highest imports were recorded in November, while the lowest imports were recorded in September.
