Türkiye's October iron ore imports decreased by 25%

According to the information compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data, Türkiye's iron ore imports in October decreased by 25.40% compared to the same month of the previous year and by 29.1% compared to the previous month.

While the 11-month total import figure was 8,697,676 tons last year, this figure decreased by 16.86% to 7,231,056 tons.

In 2023, the highest imports occurred in August, while the lowest imports were seen in February. Last year, the highest import was recorded in April, while the lowest import was seen in May.
