The composite metal trade price index for ferrous metal products in the Central regions of the Russian Federation increased by 5.27 points (+0.6%) from June 30 to July 6, 2023.
This indicator increased by 9.76 points during the previous period (+1.1%), and it decreased by 0.58 points (-0.06%) during the prior period.
When calculating the index, the following types of rolled metal are taken into account: reinforcement, beams, cold-rolled, hot-rolled and galvanized flat steel, angle, channel, as well as pipes.
Cold-rolled flats (-0.09%) and hot-rolled sheets (-0.36%) both saw a decrease in price. The cost of the beams stayed the same.
