Thailand's Ministry of Commerce plans to provide information to the Committee of Dumping and Subsidy about the prevention investigation on anti-dumping duties on steel products. It will be the first case in Thailand if the committee accepts to open the anti-circumvention probe.
If the Committee of Dumping and Subsidy accepts the investigation and detects fraud in payment of taxes, it may decide to extend the anti-dumping duties on imported goods that escape the measures, at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate imposed on products subject to export measures.
