Tata Steel, S&T Mining Company ile birleşmesini tamamladı

Tata Steel, Cuma günü S & T Mining Company Ltd ile olan birleşmesinin başarıyla tamamlandığını duyurdu. Kolkata Ulusal Şirketler Hukuk Mahkemesi (NCLT), 10 Kasım 2023 tarihli karara göre birleşme planını onayladı.

Tata Steel, S&T Mining Company ile birleşmesini tamamladı

Birleşme planı resmi olarak 1 Aralık 2023 tarihinden itibaren yürürlüğe girdi. Birleşme şartlarına göre,  kömür madenlerini araştırıp geliştirmenin yanı sıra madencilik faaliyetleri, keşif ve jeoloji, proje değerlendirme ve maden zenginleştirme hizmetleri de sunan S&T Mining, likidasyon sürecine girmeden dağıtıldı.

Tata Steel, birçok bağlı şirketi aktif olarak kendi faaliyetlerine dahil ediyor. CEO ve Genel Müdür T. V. Narendran daha önce bağlı şirketlerin Tata Steel ile birleşmesinin 2023-24 mali yılında tamamlanma yolunda ilerlediğini belirtmişti.
