Steel pipe producer JTL Industries increases sales by 54%

JTL Industries attributes this impressive sales increase to growing demand in both domestic and international markets. According to a company statement, sales of 1.02 lakh tons were recorded in the first half of FY23, while 52,101 tons were sold in the second quarter of FY24.

Value-added product sales are also noteworthy, with sales rising from 40,221 tons in the first half of FY23 to 60,708 tons in the first half of FY24.

"This quarter, we recorded our highest ever quarterly sales volume during Q2 FY2023, reflecting the continued patronage of our domestic and international customers. We also achieved an important milestone by recording our highest ever first half sales volume, demonstrating a strong growth rate," a company spokesperson said.

International sales also increased, with sales of 4,393 tons in Q24, up 14.49 percent from 3,837 tons in Q2 2023.

JTL Industries aims to sustain this growth in steel pipe production and continue to expand with future projects.
