Preparations for the 16th international sheet metal processing trade fair Blechexpo and the 9th Schweisstec trade fair for joining technology are in full swing.
From 7 to 10 November 2023, global players will meet in Stuttgart for industry highlights. The trade fair duo shows modern, future-orientated sheet metal processing and depicts complete process sequences. It attracts the greatest interest and is framed by a first-class programme, including the "Best of 2023 Award" and the "Blechexpo Stahl Monastery 2023".
Georg Knauer, project manager of the Blechexpo/Schweisstec trade fair duo, reports that the nine halls at the Stuttgart exhibition centre are fully booked. "The interest in Blechexpo/Schweisstec is again enormous," confirms Knauer. "Many exhibitors rebooked immediately after the last event in 2021, and larger stand spaces have also been requested for 2023." In order to provide professional visitors with the best possible thematic overview on the one hand and to ensure an efficient trade fair visit on the other, the trade fair team has updated the existing layout of the nine halls for the differently structured Blechexpo/Schweisstec.
Halls 1, 3, 5 and 9 are dedicated to sheet, tube and profile processing, while Halls 4 and 6 are dedicated to stamping technology. Separating, combining and joining technologies will find their place in Hall 7. Hall 8 focuses on press and forming technologies. And finally, Hall 10 will be about steel, metal service and surface technology.
