The largest investor in Saudi Arabia is the UAE, with investments totaling around $40.5 billion, securing the top spot. Luxembourg ranks second with investments of $27.1 billion, while the Netherlands holds the fourth position with $17.1 billion, followed by the UK with $16.7 billion.
