Pakistani Aisha Steel increases production by 42%

The company achieved a noteworthy accomplishment by raising its production volume from 64,106 tons in the same period last year to 91,215 tons, marking a remarkable 42% increase. This substantial rise underscores Aisha Steel's robust production capacity and its potential to meet growing demand.

Established in 2012, Aisha Steel is one of the largest sheet producers located at Port Qasim in Karachi. The company boasts an annual cold-rolled steel production capacity of 700,000 tons and a galvanized steel production capacity of 250,000 tons.

Additionally, the sales volume increased by 22% to 85,404 tons compared to 69,895 tons in the same period last year, indicating high demand for Aisha Steel products and the company's successful sales growth.

Furthermore, the export volume witnessed a significant surge, rising to 8,627 tons from 1,152 tons in the same period last year, indicating Aisha Steel's products' international appeal and the company's success in expanding export markets.

This increase in production volume has also contributed to Aisha Steel's strong financial performance. The company returned to profitability during this period, achieving a net profit of 132 million PKR (approximately 0.47 million USD).

The rise in production volume serves as an important indicator for the company's future growth plans. Aisha Steel aims to further increase its production capacity and expand its market share in the coming years.
