Türkiye's Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, announced that 233 new investment applications for land allocation in 54 different Organized Industrial Zones (OSBs) have been received by the end of this month.
In a social media post, Kacır highlighted that the application process for investment plots in OSBs has become more transparent and streamlined. He stated that, thanks to the initiative of opening all OSB areas for allocation on the first Monday of each month, 673 industrialists applied last month. Kacır noted a significant increase in applications this month.
Expressing his belief that these new investment requests will contribute to industrial growth and economic development, Kacır added, "We will continue our efforts to ensure that new factories are built more quickly in our organized industrial zones."
These developments are seen as opening the door for new industrial investments in Türkiye, boosting the potential for entrepreneurs and industrialists to increase their production capacity. Minister Kacır's announcements are considered a significant step towards improving support policies and the investment climate for industrialists.
