Nippon Steel to merge subsidiaries

Three subsidiaries of Nippon Steel will be merged to form a new company.

Nippon Steel to merge subsidiaries

Nippon Steel Corporation, one of the important companies of Japan, aims to establish Nippon Steel Processing Co. as a new company on October 1. The aims of this company to be established include increasing the capacity to meet the demands in the sector, improving the products and strengthening the supply chain.

The new company Nippon Steel Processing Co. will be established by bringing together Mitsubishi Metal Industry, Nippon Steel Wire and Nippon Steel Seiko companies, which employ approximately 790 people.
