In Germany, the government has agreed on a second package of measures to reduce the burden of rising energy costs on consumers and businesses.
According to the news of Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA), the three partners of the coalition, the Social Democrats, the Greens and the Free Democrats, agreed on a very comprehensive package after all-night talks in Berlin.
The first package announced earlier included support for low-income households and an increase in transportation support.
