Mitsubishi and Minmetals sign strategic co-operation agreement

China's Minmetals Corp. has signed a new strategic co-operation agreement with Japan's Mitsubishi Corp. The agreement covers sales, mining and human resources partnerships between the two companies. According to the agreement, Minmetals has agreed to purchase ferrous and non-ferrous metals from Mitsubishi. Both companies will also develop mining resources together.
