Mega Metal, which recently announced a 50% increase in production capacity, has released its second-quarter financial results for 2024.
According to the financial report shared on the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) by Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the company generated a total profit of TL 351,861,091 during the period from January 1st to June 30th, 2024.
The results show that the company increased its net profit by 456% compared to the same period in 2023, when it reported a profit of TL 63,277,215 in the first half of the year. In the second quarter of 2024, the company's net profit reached TL 213,454,129, while its equity increased by 8% during the quarter.
Mega Metal also saw a significant increase in sales revenue. In the first half of 2023, the company generated TL 5,234,736,110 in sales revenue. This year, sales revenue increased to TL 9,045,687,623 in the same period. The company's operating profit also saw significant growth, increasing from TL 247,141,933 in the first half of 2023 to TL 470,565,143 in the first half of 2024.
