The company announced to KAP yesterday (May 6) that the sale transaction was completed.
In the statement, it was stated that the Dry Cargo Ships, M/V Halil Şahin, M/V IDC Pearl, and M/V IDC Diamond, which are in the category of property, plant and equipment within the company, subject to the company's Material Event Disclosure dated 04.03.2024, amounted to 23 million dollars (approximately 722,358,700 TL).
Based on the recorded value of the tangible fixed assets in the company's last publicly disclosed financial statements, a profit impact of approximately TL 674,650,883 is expected. The purchasing companies were reported to be; Sea Diamond Shipping & Trading Co. / Sea Pearl Shipping & Trading Co. / Sea Eagle Shipping & Trading Co.
Statement made is as follows:
"The sales transactions of the Dry Cargo Ships, M/V Halil Şahin, M/V IDC Pearl, and M/V IDC Diamond, which are in the category of tangible fixed assets within the company, subject to our company's Material Event Disclosure dated 04.03.2024, have been completed.
In the event of any discrepancy in the English translation texts of this disclosure, the Turkish disclosure will be accepted as the basis."
