İstanbul kongre turizminde dünya birinciliğine yükseldi.İstanbul Ticaret Odası'ndan (İTO) yapılan açıklamaya göre, İTO ve İstanbul Kongre ve Ziyaretçi Bürosu (ICVB) Başkanı Murat Yalçıntaş, 25 Aralık Salı günü İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Kadir Topbaş'a İstanbul'un kongre turizminde dünya birinciliğine yükselmesi dolayısı ile özel ödül takdim edecek.

İstanbul, Kongre Turizminde Dünya Birinciliğine Yükseldi

Uluslararası Kongre ve Konvansiyonlar Derneği (ICCA) istatistiklerine göre İstanbul, 2011 yılında 500'den fazla kişinin katıldığı kongrelere ev sahipliği yapan şehirler arasında dünya birincisi oldu. İstanbul'da geçen yıl 500 ve üstü katılımcı sayısı olan 53 uluslararası kongre gerçekleştirildi.
