Mayor Mehmet Güngör said about the ongoing collective bargaining process in İSDEMİR and EKİNCİLER, "Considering the earthquake disaster and difficult living conditions, I hope we are working with all our strength to conclude both collective bargaining processes in a way that will satisfy our members."
Stating that they managed to restart the collective bargaining negotiations that were interrupted due to the state of emergency, Güngör said, "We know that our members are waiting for good news from us with excitement on the ground. I hope that by signing collective bargaining agreements that will increase the welfare and happiness of our members, we will contribute to the closure of the wounds to some extent."
Pointing out that İSDEMİR and EKİNCİLER have made significant contributions to the economic and social development of the country and the region, Güngör said, "We aim to sign the collective labor agreement by shaking hands at the table in these two workplaces. We, as workers, have worked diligently so far for the growth and development of our workplace and we continue to work. In the face of this sacrifice, we believe that the employer side will respond to our expectations by showing the necessary sensitivity.
