Industrial production in the euro area increased by 1.1 percent

Eurostat released seasonally adjusted industrial production data for the European Union and Eurozone for October.

Industrial production in the euro area increased by 1.1 percent

The planting industry production figures, which were announced yesterday in Turkey and showed an annual increase of 8.5 percent and 0.6 percent per month, continue to be announced throughout the world.

Industrial production in the Euro Zone, announced by the European Statistics Office (Eurostat), increased by 1.1 percent in October compared to the previous month, and increased by 3.3 percent compared to October 2020.

Industrial production in the European Union (EU) increased by 1.2 percent in October compared to the previous month and by 3.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

In the said period, the highest monthly increase in industrial production among EU countries was in Germany and Slovakia with 3 percent, Greece with 2.5 percent and Denmark with 2.1 percent.

The largest decreases were observed in Estonia with 2.4 percent, Latvia with 1.5 percent, and the Netherlands and Romania with 0.9 percent.
