While Indonesia's steel billet exports were recorded as 276,041 tons in June 2023; In July 2023, it decreased by 14% on a monthly basis and amounted to 237,210 tons.

In addition, cumulative export volumes increased by 23% compared to the same period in 2022, reaching 1.39 million tonnes compared to 1.13 million tonnes in January-July 2023.
