IMF and World Bank will hold their annual meeting face to face in October

Emphasizing that health conditions will continue to be monitored around the world, it was stated in the statement that the plan for the annual meetings would be changed if necessary.

Due to the new type of coronavirus (Kovid-19) epidemic, the IMF and the World Bank, which organized their meetings in 2020 in a virtual environment, held their meetings last year partially in a "hybrid" format.
