Halkalı-Kapıkule Demiryolu Projesi kapsamında İstanbul, Tekirdağ, Kırklareli ve Edirne'de bazı taşınmazların acele kamulaştırılmasına karar verildi.

Halkalı-Kapıkule Demiryolu Projesi İçin Acele Kamulaştırma Kararı

Konuya ilişkin Cumhurbaşkanı kararı, Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.

Buna göre, 2018 yılı Yatırım Programı'nda yer alan Halkalı-Kapıkule Demiryolu Projesi kapsamında İstanbul, Tekirdağ, Kırklareli ve Edirne sınırları içinde belirtilen güzergahtaki taşınmazların, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryolları İşletmesi Genel Müdürlüğünce acele kamulaştırılması kararlaştırıldı.
