The World Steel Association (Worldsteel) announced the 2025 Steel Sustainability Champions.

Worldsteel has named 14 member companies as “Steel Sustainability Champions” for their sustainability efforts in 2024.

The Steel Sustainability Champions Program, now in its eighth year, recognizes members' active participation in Worldsteel's sustainability initiatives and their commitment to sustainable development.

The Steel Sustainability Champions for 2025 are:

Aceros AZA SA, ArcelorMittal, BlueScope Steel Limited, EMSÇELİK, HBIS Group Co., Ltd., Hyundai Steel Company, JFE Steel Corporation, JSW Steel Ltd, Nippon Steel Corporation, Nucor Corporation, POSCO Holdings, Tata Steel, Tenaris, Ternium.
Through the Steel Sustainability Champions Program, Worldsteel continues to promote high standards in sustainability, with the growing number of participants over the years demonstrating increased awareness and action across the industry.

Consistent championship success from Tata Steel and Tenaris

Tata Steel and Tenaris are among the companies that have been awarded for eight consecutive years, earning the title of “Champion” every year since the program began in 2018.
