Velta plans to build a factory in the United States

Ukrainian production company "Velta" with assets in mining titanium ores in Novomyrhorod, plans to build a plant in the United States for the production of titanium products using its own innovative technology.

The company initially planned to build the plant in Ukraine or the UAE but due to the war, they decided to build it in the US. The company had started constructing a pilot plant for the production of titanium products in Novomoskovsk and Novomyrhorod, but the project was halted due to the war.

The CEO of "Velta" announced that they are now designing the first phase of the plant, selecting its location, and establishing contacts with future consumers and financial partners. Previously, the company announced its intention to build a plant in Ukraine for the production of titanium powder using its own innovative technology at a cost of $270 million.
