Vedanta Group, has reported a slight decrease in its aluminum production during the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The company produced a total of 566,000 tons of aluminum, marking a 2% drop compared to the 579,000 tons produced in the corresponding period last year.
Simultaneously, the Lanjigarh refinery experienced a reduction in alumina output due to calciner maintenance. The refinery's alumina production decreased to 443,000 tons, reflecting a 2% decline from the previous quarter and a 6% decrease when compared to the same period last year.
