This investment will enable the start-up of a new steel mill to produce 2 3/8~7 inch small diameter pipe, with an estimated annual output of 350,000 tonnes, to add to the existing medium diameter pipe and hydrocarbon production at the Youngstown site to supply business areas in the North American regions.
