The U.S. Department of Commerce has officially declared a conclusive anti-dumping ruling pertaining to Ukraine's oil country tubular goods (OCTG). The department asserts that these goods were sold at prices below the normal value during the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022.
Interpipe and its subsidiaries face a weighted average dumping margin of 4.89% as per the ruling. The cash deposit rate for all other Ukrainian producers or exporters stands at 7.47%, as outlined by the decision. The ruling, which came into effect on December 21, 2023, marks a significant development in trade relations between the United States and Ukraine.
