The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has confirmed the final signing of an anti-dumping administrative review of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe imports from Ukraine. According to the March 24, 2025 announcement, during the review period from August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023, these inexpensive imports from Ukraine were found to be free-sold at below normal value in the US market.
As a result of this decision, a weighted average damping margin of 2.07% was imposed on Ukrainian producer Interpipe Ukraine LLC and certain companies. These duties became effective as of March 24, 2025.
