The authorities stated that no suspended entry was identified for steel plate imports from France for the period covering May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. Therefore, the review process was terminated in line with the current regulations.
The review was canceled because it was determined that France-based Dillinger France SA did not ship inspectable steel plate to the United States during this period. The Ministry of Commerce will forward the final assessment instructions to the US Customs and Border Protection Unit within 35 days at the latest.
