The US has made the final decision on the anti-dumping tax for hot-rolled flat steel imported from South Korea. The US Department of Commerce determined that some hot-rolled flat steel products from South Korea were sold at prices below normal during the review period from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021.
The US Department of Commerce stated that the measure will be effective from April 20, 2023.
The weighted average dumping margin for POSCO was determined to be 0%.
Under the final decision, the weighted average dumping margin for POSCO was determined to be 0%, and for the other 13 companies, it was determined to be 0.88%.
