Preliminary findings have been released by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) regarding the anti-dumping (AD) investigation into large diameter welded line pipe from Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry S.A., a Greek company. During the review period spanning from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, it was determined that Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry S.A., the exclusive producer and exporter of the aforementioned pipe, had sold its products in the US market at prices below the fair value.
As a result, Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry has been assigned a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 6.95%. This preliminary determination was officially announced on June 20, 2023 and is now in effect.
