Türkiye's steel bar imports in November increased by 43.21% compared to the same month of the previous year and decreased by 0.39% in the January-November period, according to data obtained by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Compared to the previous month, it increased by 92.9%.
Total imports, which were 161,728 tons in the January-November period of last year, decreased by 0.39% to 161,102 tons in the same period of this year.
In the January-November period of last year, the highest imports were realized in February, while the lowest imports were recorded in July. In the same period of this year, the highest imports were recorded in January, while the lowest imports were recorded in September.
