ccording to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Turkey’s seamless pipe exports in February decreased by 29.8% compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching 1,370 tons from the previous 1,953 tons. Additionally, this figure declined by 19.7% compared to the previous month.
For the January-February period, the total seamless pipe exports from Türkiye decreased by 69.9%, falling from 8,365 tons to 2,515 tons compared to the previous year.
While Syria was the leading country to which Türkiye exported seamless pipes in February, 135.3 tons of seamless pipes were exported from Syria with an increase of 330.6%. Syria was followed by Algeria with 130.5 tons and Germany with 122.6 tons.
