Türkiye's CRC exports increased by 133.7% in the January-June period

Türkiye's CRC exports in June 2024 decreased by 25% y/y and 124% m/m.

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute ( TUIK), Türkiye's revenue from cold rolled coil (CRC) in June 2024 decreased by 25% compared to the same month of the previous year, dropping from 44,321 tons to 33,251 tons. There was also a 124% decline compared to the preceding month, May.

The total CRC exports for the January-June period showed a significant increase of 133.7% compared to the same period the previous year, rising from 153,325 tons to 358,278 tons.

In June, Greece was the leading country receiving the highest amount of CRC exports from Türkiye, with 7,994.4 tons, followed by Italy with 6,947.6 tons, Canada with 3,917.7 tons, Bulgaria with 3,350.3 tons, and the United States with 3,233.3 tons.
