Türkiye evaluates EU quotas quickly and effectively

Türkiye draws attention by using its EU quotas dated 1 January - 31 March at full capacity with an impressive performance.

Türkiye evaluates EU quotas quickly and effectively

Türkiye, which utilizes all quotas such as railway materials, hollow profiles and wide welded pipes in EU quota usage, is following a rapid progress in quota usage within the EU. Türkiye, which utilized the quota of 145,172 tons of wire rod at a rate of 93.35%, also reached a usage rate of 44.64% in the other welded pipe quota.

However, more moderate usage rates such as 30.88% in the commercial bar and light profile quota, 44.11% in the organic coated sheets quota, and 27.58% in the non-alloy steel wire quota are noteworthy.

At a time when EU quota usage is slow, it is noteworthy that Turkey uses its quotas quickly and effectively. Among other countries, China has fully used its quotas such as 4B metallic coated sheets, pipes (other welded) and sheet piling, while India has successfully used its quotas for stainless bars and light profiles, organic coated sheets and 4A metallic coated sheets.

Türkiye's EU quota usage table is as follows;
