We are a professional mill located in Bagnan, approximately 65 KMs from Kolkata, West Bengal. It consists of experienced technocrats with an average total industry experience of 36 years. The seamless tube factory in Bagnan is spread over 3,00,000 square feet. Having such a large factory area gives the advantage of having hot finished, hot drilled and cold drawn industrial seamless tube and pipe manufacturing processes integrated in the same unit. GSTP (HFS) Pvt. Ltd and Global Seamless Tubes and Pipes Pvt. Ltd and Global Seamless Tubes and Pipes Pvt. Ltd are located on the same premises and have a combined annual capacity of over 24000 MT. Strategically located, the plant is close to two major ports - Kolkata and Haldia - making transportation of products easy and cost effective.
At the manufacturing facility in Bagnan, the entire process from planning to execution is carried out with precision. It has a state-of-the-art MPM continuous rolling mill and other state-of-the-art equipment such as Bright tempering furnace, cold rolling mill, Elongtor sizing continuous hot rolling mill, cold drawing machine, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic testing NDT machines; fully automatic hydrostatic tester, drawing benches and tube processing equipment. This wide range of equipment enables the production of marine pipes, line pipes, mechanical and automobile pipes, processing pipes, high-pressure boiler pipes, high-strength oil pipelines and petroleum machinery parts.
The main product of Global Seamless company is seamless steel pipes and tubes. The seamless pipe factory has a production network covering almost all sizes of small diameter industrial seamless pipes, ranging from OD 10mm to 168.3mm, WT 0.89mm to 14mm. There are also cold drawn seamless (CDS) tubes OD 26.7 mm - 88.9 mm, WT 3 mm - 15 mm and hot finished seamless (HFS) tubes. The maximum length of pipes and tubes produced is 12.8 meters. In addition to stainless steel, cold drawn carbon steel seamless pipes are also produced. As an experienced seamless pipe company, Global Seamless is able to produce seamless pipes and tubes in accordance with ASTM, GB, JIS, DIN and other specifications and standards. All products are widely used in various industries, including metallurgy, chemical, machinery, construction, coal and gas, petroleum, electricity and others.
