Turkish Statistical Institute ( TUIK) announced the inflation figures for November as of 10.00 am. Accordingly, while the Consumer Price Index increased by 3.28 percent in November, it was 61.98 percent on an annual basis. With the announcement of November inflation, the rent increase rate for workplaces was determined.
According to the 12-month averages, the rate of rent hike for workplaces stood out as 53.40 percent. Thus, business owners whose rental contracts expire this month will pay their rents by increasing their rents by 53.40 percent. Last month, the increase rate was 55.30 percent.
In residential rents, it was announced that the 25 percent ceiling increase application, which ended on July 1, will continue. The application will last until July 2, 2024.
