Tat Çelik signed a wind power plant (WPP) installation project with the Chinese company Goldwind on behalf of its subsidiary company Şule Enerji, with a total capacity to generate 200 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per year.

In line with our vision of creating value for the industry and the environment, we are getting stronger with our investments in renewable energy. Within the scope of the agreement worth 60 million Euros we made on behalf of our subsidiary company Şule Enerji, we signed a wind power plant (WPP) installation project with the Chinese company Goldwind with a total capacity of 200 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per year. Our project, which will prevent a total of 120 thousand tonnes of carbon emissions per year and has an installed capacity of 66 MWe, is planned to be commissioned in 2024. Our institution, which will meet all its energy needs with this investment, will be able to supply surplus production to authorised distribution companies.
