Talaat Moustafa Group, a prominent real estate developer from Egypt, has partnered with the National Housing Company (NHC) to introduce Benan City, a cutting-edge smart residential development in Riyadh. With an impressive investment cost of SAR 40 billion, this project will span a vast area of 10 million square meters, making it one of the largest residential ventures in the region.
Benan City will offer 27,750 housing units, including spacious villas and various-sized apartments. Notably, 40% of the project’s area will be dedicated to expansive green spaces. Additionally, the city will feature health, educational, and commercial services, a sports club, and public service areas. Talaat Moustafa Group’s CEO, Hisham Talaat Moustafa, emphasized their commitment to sustainable development and their successful experience in creating thriving communities. The project is expected to be completed within four years, with further details to be announced soon.
