The total value of these exports was $13.8 million, down from $20.9 million in February and $18.3 million in March the previous year, as reported by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Canada remained the primary destination for U.S. rebar, receiving 13,934 tons, although this was a substantial drop from the 26,401 tons shipped in February and the 19,660 tons from March last year. The Bahamas followed, importing 1,041 tons.
