Fernhay Solutions develops micromobility and "last mile delivery" solutions as the production partner of Temsa, a Sabancı Group company. The company's electric cargo vehicles offer solutions to traffic congestion, emission problems and security challenges in city centres. Fernhay's e-Cargo bike and eWalker, developed together with UPS, are actively used in three continents, nine countries and 20 cities.
Sabancı Holding Strategy and Business Development Group President Gökhan Eyigün stated that advanced materials and mobility emerged as primary focus areas in the transformation of the industrial business line. Eyigün said, “Our Brisa company took a very important step towards transforming into a tire-focused mobility company with the Arvento acquisition last year. Another industrial group company, Temsa, continues to strengthen its transformation into an automotive-focused technology company with the steps it takes in the field of smart mobility, while increasing its competence in zero-emission vehicles day by day. "Our investment in Fernhay Solutions, which we made through Sabancı Ventures, will also be an important element of this mobility journey."
Fernhay Solutions President Bill Wachtel stated that continuing their strategic cooperation will bring them closer and make it easier for them to enter the Turkish market in the coming period.
