The Russian oil company Rosneft, which decided to use Shell's right in the PCK Schwedt refinery in Germany, increased its share in the refinery. Rosneft, which acquired another 37.5% of PCK Schwedt's shares, increased its total share to 91.67 percent.
In addition to Rosneft, the Italian company Eni owns 8.33 percent of the refinery.
The PCK Schwedt refinery, located in the Brandenburg region of Germany, has an annual capacity of 11.6 million tons.
