Rönesans Industry Facilities has successfully completed the multi-purpose hotel and business center project, which it started to be built in September 2018 in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, within the planned time despite the pandemic conditions. The opening ceremony of the Garagum Multi-Purpose Hotel and Business Center, held on November 19, 2021, was attended by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Rönesans Holding, Dr. It was held with the participation of Erman Ilıcak.
The ceremony was attended by the representatives of non-governmental organizations and the media, as well as state officials consisting of deputies, members of the government, heads of ministries and sectoral departments, and executives of military and judicial institutions. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated those who contributed to the project, and after the ceremony, Rönesans Holding President Dr. Together with Erman Ilıcak, he visited the hotel and the rooms with different features and made examinations. At the celebration dinner held for the guests attending the opening, local dishes from Turkmenistan's rich culinary culture were served.
Multi-purpose project reflecting the national culture of Turkmenistan
The design of Garagum Hotel, the first multi-purpose project of the region, was inspired by the Garagum Desert, which is one of the largest deserts in the world in terms of the area where the world's largest water channel passes and covers. In the new complex, consisting of the Hotel and Business Center, built at the intersection of A. Niyazov Street and Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Street near the Ashgabat International Airport, the 'main building', the 'technical building' and the 'Turkmen' reflecting the national culture of Turkmenistan There is a multi-purpose building in the 'Tent' architecture.
The LED screens designed for the facades of the hotel, which has a total area of 68 thousand 900 square meters, 28 thousand 573 of which are closed, also display animations with the theme of "Silk Road". The hotel has a total of 87 rooms, 17 standard, 8 suites, 47 luxury, 14 super luxury and 1 VIP, with a capacity of 204 people. In addition, the hotel has a multi-purpose business center, a banquet hall for 500 people, a main restaurant, a breakfast room, an A'la carte restaurant, study and meeting rooms for high-level government officials, and a congress hall that can host international conferences and forums.
The project also includes gift shops, a bank branch, beauty salons and a SPA section consisting of a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, steam and ice rooms.
