NLMK steel product shipments lagged behind last year's level

In March, NLMK steel product rail shipments amounted to 1.17 million tons.

Compared to the previous month, the volume of deliveries increased by 23%, and year-on-year - by 1.4%. At the same time, for Russian consumers they amounted to 0.42 million tons (+15%, -6%, respectively), and for export - 0.75 million tons (+28%, +6%, respectively).

In general, for the period from January to March, shipments reached 3.09 million tons, which is 3% lower than last year. At the same time, deliveries to the Russian market amounted to 1.14 million tons (-2.3%), and for export - 1.95 million tons (-3.5%).
